Therapy is different than talking to your friends and family, who can be there for you when you need them, but they are rarely objective and usually don't have the training and experiences to evaluate and understand the signs of trauma and pain to actually help you deal with your problems. It's good to have them as a support, but it is better to have a therapist to make real change happen, to dig deep and get to the underlying cause of the issues, and then find a way to overcome them - versus just giving you a Band-Aid for the symptoms that are happening to you.

If you are willing to do it, I will be your biggest supporter and guide - let's do it together.  I want you to know that I'm here for you and will meet you where you are at in your journey - without you feeling judged or shamed when you come in.

In my work with clients, I am passionate about creating an atmosphere of warmth where clients can be vulnerable and feel supported. I help you break the chains of undesirable behaviors, thoughts and feelings that plaque your life - I do it with honesty. My approach is never through a false narrative. I am known for my genuine, honest, and to-the-point approach to therapy. I help you feel truly seen, understood and find hope and meaning.

I love my work. I love being a guide to join you in the darkness with a light to help you find your way to a new, nice horizon of hope and joy in life. We're gonna do this together, we're in this together - so you don't feel alone because you have support!
